Delivery & Payment information:
All orders are dispatched from our UK Warehouse's. We dispatch all orders within one working day excluding weekends and bank holidays if ordered before our daily cut off. 

Our daily cut off is variable and can be seen on any product page.
Just look out for the timer


If for any reason there is any delays, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Pallet Delivery :
If your goods are dispatched on a pallet - please ensure you or a colleague are available to sign for the delivery on the day. If you are not available you will be charged £20 for a re-delivery.  If payment has not been cleared within 48 hours pallets will be returned and charged £20 plus a pallet re-delivery charge from £30 to £85

Returns / Refunds:
If for any reason you are unhappy with our products or services, we accept returns within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you would like to return an item please fill out the returns form and one of the team members will reply at their earliest convenience.

If goods are returned within 14 days of receipt we will issue a full refund excluding any postage and packaging charges we was liable for. If you were eligible for free delivery you will still be accountable for the charges passed on to us from our couriers. May that be £1 to £120.

We will only cover and refund any delivery charges if the products are faulty.
Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the item/s. 

Heat Press machines, SubliRip software, Printers and printer consumables such as inks and waste tanks or none refundable unless in original packaging unopened and unused.  

If your printer is DOA or creates a fault within the first year this will be covered under the manufactures warranty. You would need to contact the manufacturer directly to obtain an RMA for us to issue a replacement/refund if deemed faulty.  Inks are consumable item and none replaceable unless faulty. 

The consumer has a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period for a refund or credit.

Please obtain proof of postage when returning items, this can be done in the form of a receipt which will be given to you on request at your local post office or couriers. In the event of an item being lost or damaged on its way back to us we will not be held responsible and can not refund or credit accounts on this basis.

We will not be held responsible for any return and shipping charges if a product was purchased in error. It is buyers responsibility to always check product descriptions or to call us for such information before purchasing. 

If the return is past 14 days we can only offer an account credit or product exchange.

Damages / Incorrect goods delivered :
Please check all goods once delivered and report any missing or damaged items within 48 hours. We cannot replace or refund any missing goods after this time of signature. Its important you call us immediately on 01709 940011 or email us at support@subliblanks.com. If any problems are reported within this time-frame we will immediately do a stock take and offer replacements or a refund. 

Free Delivery*:
We only offer free UK Mainland delivery on orders with a total spend of £100 or more excluding VAT.  Select option ( Free Delivery - DPD )

Next Day Delivery :
We offer a next day delivery service to UK Mainland. Although this is a next day service. This is not a guaranteed delivery - if for any reason your parcel does not arrive the next day, unfortunately we do not offer refunds, compensation or credits on delivery.
