Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is unopened and unused.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product, minus shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee.
Items that have been opened, used, or are not in resellable condition are not eligible for a return or refund.
How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please fill out a returns form and send your item to:

🚨 Important: We only cover and refund delivery charges if the item is faulty. Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving them.
Items Excluded from Returns
The following items cannot be returned unless they are in original, unopened, and unused condition:
- Heat press machines
- SubliRip software
- Printers & printer consumables (e.g., inks, waste tanks, sublimation paper)
Additional Return Guidelines
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the care of products during the cancellation period if seeking a refund or credit.
- Proof of Postage: Always obtain proof of postage when returning items. This can be requested at your local post office or courier. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns and cannot issue refunds or credits in such cases.
- Incorrect Purchases: If an item was purchased in error, return and shipping costs will not be covered. Please check product descriptions carefully or contact us before making a purchase.
