Warranty
All equipment is supplied with a 1-year guarantee, with the heating element excluded from warranty as it is a consumable part.

Pallet Delivery
Important: If your goods are delivered on a pallet, you or a colleague must be available to sign for it.
Missed deliveries will incur a £20 re-delivery fee.
Unpaid pallets after 48 hours will be returned, costing £20 + re-delivery fees (£30–£85 based on location).
