About Our Linen Series
We introduced our linen fabrics in 2016 and quickly became a trusted supplier within the sublimation industry. Since then, we have continually refined and expanded our linen range to provide innovative, high-quality products that help our partners stay competitive and stand out in the marketplace.

Production & Quality Control
From fabric cutting to final shipment, every linen product passes through 12 production stages and four separate quality control checks. Our experienced sewing team, many with over 10 years of expertise, ensures consistent craftsmanship.
Dimensional tolerance is maintained within ±2cm, ensuring reliable sizing across every batch.
Printing Tips for Linen
1. Preheat the Fabric
Always preheat linen materials before pressing. This removes moisture from the fabric and helps prevent blurring or ghosting. Ensure the printable side faces upward.
2. Recommended Press Settings
Temperature: 180°C
Time: 70 seconds
Pressure: Medium
For best results, we recommend using a 16" x 20" heat press such as the Galaxy GS-105HS.
