Pallet Delivery
Important: If your goods are delivered on a pallet, you or a colleague must be available to sign for it.
Missed deliveries will incur a £20 re-delivery fee.
Unpaid pallets after 48 hours will be returned, costing £20 + re-delivery fees (£30–£85 based on location).

Until this order, I’ve been very happy with the quality of the AAA mugs. Unfortunately I received 16 mugs broken this time, which were replaced very quickly, so no complaints about customer service.
The mugs in this order did not stand up to the normally high quality, they have lots of dimples and flecks of black marks within the white surface, which has put me off buying these in future.
