The GS-205B Plus comes with a 30oz mug heater suitable for all types of cylindrical shape tumblers, such as most popular 20oz and 30oz tumblers. You can also change to other size heaters to print different types of mugs.

This machine is supplied with a 1-year warranty for malfunction or hardware failure. The warranty does not cover improper use of the machine or heating elements. Heating elements are excluded from the warranty as they are consumable parts and can be purchased separately.

If you prefer to collect your order in person, you can do so from our premises at

Please note that all orders must be placed online before collection, and you will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to collect.
Our collection times are as follows: 10am until 12pm, and 12:30pm until 3pm, Monday to Friday.
We kindly request that you only attempt to collect your order once you have received a shipping confirmation email from us, as this ensures that your parcel is ready and waiting for you.

Scottish Highlands Delivery
We also offer a 1 to 2 day delivery service to the Scottish Highlands with DPD, priced at £10.00.
This service ensures that our customers in the Scottish Highlands receive their parcels promptly and securely.
UK Mainland & Northern Ireland Delivery

Pallet Delivery
If your goods are delivered on a pallet, please ensure that you or a colleague are available to sign for the delivery on the day.
If you are not available, you will be charged £20 for a re-delivery.
Additionally, if payment has not been cleared within 48 hours, pallets will be returned and charged £20 plus a re-delivery charge ranging from £30 to £85, depending on your postcode.
We kindly request that you make arrangements to receive your pallet delivery promptly to avoid any additional charges.
