Product & Quantity
Start by reaching out to us with the details of what you need printed. Whether it’s custom mugs, aluminium products, or any other item, we’ll need to know the specific product and the quantity you're looking to order. This helps us give you a precise quote and determine any minimum order requirements. The more details you provide, the better we can assist you in choosing the right products for your needs.
Share Your Artwork
Once you’ve decided on the product and quantity, the next step is to provide us with the artwork you’d like printed. You can send over your design files in formats like PNG, JPEG, or vector files (such as AI or EPS) to ensure the best print quality. Our team will review the artwork to check if it meets the print requirements (such as resolution and colour profiles) and let you know if any adjustments are needed. If we spot anything that may affect the print quality, we’ll let you know ahead of time to avoid any surprises.
Confirm Your Payment
After we’ve confirmed that your artwork is ready to go, we’ll ask for payment to proceed with the order. Once payment is received, we’ll prepare a sample image or mockup of your design printed on the chosen product(s) and send it over for your approval. This ensures that you’re happy with how the design looks before we proceed with production. We understand that getting every detail right is important, so we’ll work with you to make any tweaks if necessary.
Approve & Production Begins
Once you’re satisfied with the sample and give your final approval, we’ll move forward with production. At this point, we’ll discuss the expected time frame for completion and keep you updated throughout the process. Depending on the complexity and volume of your order, production times can vary, but we’ll always aim to deliver within the agreed-upon timeline. Once everything is ready, we’ll ship your order to you or arrange for pick-up, ensuring that the final product meets our high standards of quality.
