Pallet Delivery

Good boxes, sturdy and offers high level of protection
I didn't want to write a bad review however keep getting pestered by email to review the order I recently placed.
I had been using these "smashproof boxes" for a while with great results up until 2 orders ago. The last 2 batches I ended up with so many smashed mugs and complaints from customers. I ad to resort to using bubble wrap within the box and on the outside aswell which is too time consuming. I then decided to switch to another company and using polystyrene mug mailers. They cost a little more but haven't had any breakages in the last 300 sold mugs, so will stick with those
