Set Up Your New Printer Mac | Windows

SG500 is backwards-compatible with SG800 accessories, so if you already own a bypass tray for the SG800, you will be able to continue using it. This allows you to print on media up to 13” x 51” (330 x 1295 mm).

Just like every Sawgrass printer, the SG500 effortlessly executes its own automatic maintenance cycle to ensure flawless printing. With a reassuring 2-year warranty, rest easy knowing your investment is protected. Important: Someone must be available to sign for pallet deliveries.

  • Missed deliveries incur a £20 re-delivery fee.
  • Unpaid pallets after 48 hours are returned: £20 + re-delivery fees (£30–£85 depending on location).
