Why Choose Us?

Thicker Sublimation Coating, Better Printing Effects
Our sublimation coating is thicker than most, giving you brighter, more durable prints. Each piece of sublimation glass goes through 7 careful steps, 3 strict checks, and double polishing to ensure top-notch quality. It’s this attention to detail that makes our glass not only look amazing but also perform exceptionally.

Unbreakable, High-temperature-Resistant tempered glass
Our sublimation glass products are made from tempered glass, which is 4-5 times stronger than regular glass and much safer. Heat-strengthened glass has a maximum temperature rating of 350°C (662°F). It is ideal for high-temperature printing and ensures safe handling of custom items.

Printing Tips

1.Unlike some materials, there is no need to flip or mirror the design—simply print it as intended to achieve edge-to-edge results.

2.Before printing, ensure the sublimation-coated side of the glass is thoroughly cleaned to remove dust, oil, or fingerprints. This step is critical to ensure proper ink adhesion and to avoid defects in the final print.

3.Note that printing time, temperature, and pressure may vary depending on the type of glass. For best results, refer to the printing parameters we provide as a starting point.

How to Choose Best Machines for Your Business?

Choosing the right machine is just as crucial as perfecting your printing technique. With the right equipment, you’ll achieve consistent, high-quality prints that your customers will love!

For glass items like chopping boards, photo panels, and coasters, we recommend models like the GS-105HS, GS-804, GS-805, and GS-303. The GS-804 and GS-805 are compact and perfect for desktop and small projects. They feature a "RAMSPIN" system that allows you to switch between automatic and manual control easily. For larger projects, GS-105HS also features a "RAMSPIN" system to handle larger prints. If you are working with thicker materials that require more pressure, the GS-303 is the best choice. These Heat Press Machines will meet all of your printing needs from small to large projects!

If you're working with glass cups, the GS-205B PLUS is a top choice. The GS-205B Plus comes with a 30oz mug heater, making it perfect for printing on all types of cylindrical tumblers, including the popular 20oz and 30oz sizes. But that’s not all—this versatile machine allows you to easily switch to other-sized heaters, so you can print on a variety of mugs and tumblers. Whether you’re working on a standard size or something unique, the GS-205B Plus has you covered!
