Don’t buy if you expect to get next day delivery

Nothing wrong with the product but despite paying for next day delivery I didn’t get that service I contact the company with expectation of some sort of gesture as it was their contractor at fault but the answer was we have no control over the delivery company but hang on a minute I paid for a service, you obviously paid them for a service (cheaper than what I paid) and I don’t get mine refunded.
