How to Print: Ensure the paper is wrapped tightly around the mug, securing with heat tape. The following guide is based on Galaxy mug press machines.

Pallet Delivery
Important: If your goods are delivered on a pallet, you or a colleague must be available to sign for it.
Missed deliveries will incur a £20 re-delivery fee.
Unpaid pallets after 48 hours will be returned, costing £20 + re-delivery fees (£30–£85 based on location).
