How to Print: Print on the white side of the glass, do not mirror your image and print white side face up. Please ensure the leave the hoop hanging out of the press, during the printing cycle if the hoop detaches, immediately place this back on - as the glue softens they can come away if not secured.

Pallet Delivery
Important: If your goods are delivered on a pallet, you or a colleague must be available to sign for it.
Missed deliveries will incur a £20 re-delivery fee.
Unpaid pallets after 48 hours will be returned, costing £20 + re-delivery fees (£30–£85 based on location).
