poor quality the black coating come off with the tape on the first one i did

poor quality the black coating come off with the tape on the first one i did, and this was the first time I had used these cups from here, always got them off amazon before and never had a problem, emailed company and they basically said it was my fault, so ill sick with amazon for the colour change mugs as they have never let me down in 10 years.

Very good quality and I already printed on one and it came out great. HOWEVER!! Allow the mug to cool first before taking tape / print off of it, a slight catch in my thumbnail took a little section of the coating off so now that area is always white however I'm putting that down to my own impatience.
