Pallet Delivery
Important: If your goods are delivered on a pallet, you or a colleague must be available to sign for it.
Missed deliveries will incur a £20 re-delivery fee.
Unpaid pallets after 48 hours will be returned, costing £20 + re-delivery fees (£30–£85 based on location).

The zip broke on both pillows after it was pressed. I didn't put the zip under heat, opened it to put the insert in and the zip came apart in my hand. Will not be buying again.
