If you prefer to collect your order in person, you can do so from our premises at

Please note that all orders must be placed online before collection, and you will receive a confirmation email once your order is ready to collect.
Our collection times are as follows: 10am until 12pm, and 12:30pm until 3pm, Monday to Friday.
We kindly request that you only attempt to collect your order once you have received a shipping confirmation email from us, as this ensures that your parcel is ready and waiting for you.
UK Mainland Delivery Options
We offer a variety of delivery options for our UK mainland customers, including:
DPD Pickup From Shop - £4.75
Next Working Day - DPD - £6.50
Saturday Delivery - DPD - £12.50
Free DPD Delivery - £0.00 - Spend £150 or more (excluding VAT) and receive free standard delivery
Guaranteed Dispatch - DPD - £12.50 - Prioritise your order and ensure it's dispatched promptly
Important Note: Please be aware that our next working day delivery service is not guaranteed, and we cannot refund delivery fees for missed or delayed deliveries.
Northern Ireland Delivery
For our customers in Northern Ireland, we offer a 1 to 2 day delivery service with DHL, starting at £9.50.
This service provides a reliable and efficient way to receive your parcels, with tracking updates throughout the journey.
Scottish Highlands Delivery
We also offer a 1 to 2 day delivery service to the Scottish Highlands with DPD, priced at £10.00.
This service ensures that our customers in the Scottish Highlands receive their parcels promptly and securely.
UK Mainland & Northern Ireland Delivery
In addition to our standard next day delivery options, we also offer the following services for our UK mainland and Northern Ireland customers:

These services provide a range of options to suit your needs, from tracked parcels to large letters.
Pallet Delivery
If your goods are delivered on a pallet, please ensure that you or a colleague are available to sign for the delivery on the day.
If you are not available, you will be charged £20 for a re-delivery.
Additionally, if payment has not been cleared within 48 hours, pallets will be returned and charged £20 plus a re-delivery charge ranging from £30 to £85, depending on your postcode.
We kindly request that you make arrangements to receive your pallet delivery promptly to avoid any additional charges.
